Vitória e Ceará decidem o título da Copa do Nordeste Sub-20 na Arena Batistão

O futebol nordestino conheceu, na noite desta quarta-feira, 27, os finalistas da Copa do Nordeste Sub-20, um dos campeonatos regionais mais importantes do país na categoria ao lado da Copa São Paulo de Juniores e da Copa do Brasil Sub-20. Pela terceira vez seguida, a Arena Batistão será palco da grande decisão.

A final acontece na sexta-feira, 29, às 19h.

O estádio público da capital também foi palco das semifinais, realizadas nesta quarta-feira, 27. À tarde, o Vitória eliminou o CSP-PB. No tempo normal, o rubro negro baiano empatou em 1 a 1 – Gabriel marcou para o Vitória e Ronald anotou para o time paraibano. Com o empate, a partida foi para os pênaltis e a equipe baiana levou a melhor: venceu por 4 a 2 e carimbou o passaporte para a final. 

O Vitória vai em busca do sétimo título da competição na categoria. A equipe baiana é a maior detentora de títulos desta Copa da categoria. 

À noite, o Ceará, com gol de Luciano, venceu o Sport por 1 a 0 e carimbou a vaga na final da Copa. O time cearense ainda não sentiu o gosto de ser campeão da Copa. Em 2016, na decisão realizada em Alagoas, o Alvinegro de Porangabussu-CE perdeu para o Coruripe-AL por 1 a 0 e ficou com o vice-campeonato do regional da categoria.

In normal time, the red black Bahia tied 1-1 - Gabriel scored for Vitoria and Ronald scored for the team Paraibano. With the tie, the match went to penalties and the Bahia team was the best: won 4-2 and stamped the passport to the final.

Vitória goes in search of the seventh title of the competition in the category. The Bahia team is the biggest holder of titles of this Cup of the category.

At night, Ceará, with Luciano's goal, beat Sport 1-0 and stamped the spot in the World Cup final. The Ceará team has not yet felt the taste of being champion of the Cup. In 2016, in the decision made in Alagoas, Alvinegro from Porangabussu-CE lost to Coruripe-AL 1-0 and took the runner-up of the regional category.
