Milton Dantas presta B.O contra dirigente sob acusação de ameaça e agressão

O clima esquentou no final da manhã desta quinta-feira, 9, na sede da Federação Sergipana de Futebol! Uma confusão entre o presidente da entidade, Milton Dantas, e o ex-presidente proletário, o empresário Célio França, terminou com os dois na Terceira Delegacia Metropolitana de Aracaju. 

Segundo a Secretaria de Segurança Pública (SSP-SE), logo após prestarem depoimentos, ambos foram liberados. Ainda segundo a SSP, foi realizado um Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência por ameaça e vias de fato recíprocos. Ambos se comprometeram a comparecer ao Poder Judiciário. 

O OCORRIDO

Em nota, a assessoria da FSF informou que Célio França e Milton Dantas estavam tratando de assuntos relacionados ao Campeonato Sergipano Feminino e que, na sequência, Célio “tentou mudar o assunto da conversa e começou a insinuar algumas situações”. Ainda na nota, a assessoria informou que Célio “agrediu verbalmente e em seguida com um chute na altura da coxa esquerda, além de ameaçar o presidente da FSF”.

O Departamento de Comunicação da Federação Sergipana de Futebol (FSF) esclarece que na manhã desta quinta-feira (09), como acontece todos os dias o presidente da FSF, Milton Dantas, estava trabalhando na sede da entidade quando recebeu a visita do senhor Célio França.

O presidente gentilmente recebeu no seu gabinete o ex-dirigente de futebol, que inicialmente iria tratar de assuntos relacionados ao Campeonato Sergipano Feminino de Futebol. O senhor Célio França se apresentou como representante da equipe Santos Dumont que disputa a competição.

Na conversa os dois estavam tratando de assuntos relacionados ao Campeonato Feminino. Na sequência o senhor Célio França tentou mudar o assunto da conversa e começou a insinuar algumas situações. Não satisfeito com a reação do presidente da FSF, o senhor Célio França agrediu verbalmente e em seguida fisicamente com um chute na altura da coxa esquerda, além de ameaçar o presidente da FSF.

Após o fato, o presidente da entidade acionou a Policia Militar que prontamente chegou na sede da FSF. Com todos os ataques proferidos ao presidente e a instituição coube ao presidente Milton Dantas prestar um Boletim de Ocorrência, na Terceira Delegacia Metropolitana de Aracaju."

DEFESA 

Ao Portal Infonet, Célio França disse que a discussão começou quando em reunião com Milton Dantas na manhã desta quinta, França fez queixas relacionadas à atual situação do futebol sergipano feminino. Segundo o empresário, a Federação não tem se esforçado para dar estrutura mínima para a realização do campeonato estadual feminino. As acusações exaltaram ambas as partes, e, segundo França, Milton Dantas valeu-se da presença de dois seguranças na sala para agredi-lo. “Um dos seguranças me imobilizou, a porta da sala foi fechada e Milton me deu um tapa. Depois os seguranças me sufocaram e a polícia foi chamada”.

Ainda ao Portal, Célio França disse que denunciará Milton Dantas por difamação, calúnia, injúria e lesões corporais.

Milton Dantas renders Occurrence Report against leader on threaten and aggression

A confusion between the president of the organization, Milton Dantas, and the former proletarian president, businessman Célio França, ended with the two at the Third Metropolitan Police Station of Aracaju.

According to the Public Security Bureau (PSB-SE), shortly after giving statements, both were released. Also according to the SSP, a Circumstance of Occurrence was made by threaten and in fact reciprocal ways. Both pledged to attend the Judiciary.

THE FACT

In a statement, the FSF press office reported that Célio França and Milton Dantas were addressing issues related to the Women's Sergipano Championship and that, in the aftermath, Célio "tried to change the subject of the conversation and began to hint at some situations." Still in the note, the press office reported that Célio "attacked verbally and then with a kick to the left thigh, in addition to threatening the president of the SFF."

"The Communication Department of the Sergipana Football Federation (SFF) clarifies that on the morning of Thursday (09), as happens every day the president of the SFF, Milton Dantas, was working at the headquarters of the entity when received the visit of Mr. Célio França

The president kindly welcomed in his office the former football official, who would initially deal with matters related to the Sergipano Women's Football Championship. Mr. Célio França presented himself as a representative of the Santos Dumont team that disputes the competition.

In the conversation the two were dealing with issues related to the Women's Championship. Following this, Célio França tried to change the subject of the conversation and began to suggest some situations. Not satisfied with the reaction of the SFF president, Célio França verbally and then physically assaulted him with a left thigh kick and threatened the SFF president.

After the fact, the president of the entity called the Military Police that promptly arrived at the headquarters of the SFF. With all the attacks on the president and the institution, it was up to President Milton Dantas to issue a police report at the Third Metropolitan Police Station of Aracaju. "

DEFENSE

To Infonet Portal, Celio França said the discussion began when in a meeting with Milton Dantas on the morning of Thursday, França complained about the current situation of female Sergipe football. According to the businessman, the Federation has not made efforts to give minimum structure for the holding of the state female championship. The accusations exalted both parties, and according to França, Milton Dantas used two security guards in the room to assault him. “One of the security guards immobilized me, the living room door was closed and Milton slapped me. Then the security guards choked me and the police were called. ”

Still on the Portal, Célio França said he will report Milton Dantas for libel, slander, injury and bodily injury.
